In October 2024, the inaugural class of the Holy Savior Menard Distinguished Alumni Program
was proudly inducted. This year’s induction ceremony is scheduled for October 10, 2025 at our Homecoming Game.
How to Nominate
To nominate a deserving graduate, please complete our Nomination Form below.
Completed forms and supporting materials must be received by June 1, 2025 for consideration.

How do I make a nomination?
Nominations can be submitted online here, or the form can be downloaded and mailed to Holy Savior Menard at 4603 Coliseum Blvd. Alexandria, LA 71303 until June 1, 2025.
Who can make a nomination?
Anyone can sponsor a nominee for the Distinguished Alumni Program. Nominees must be alumni of Menard Memorial, Providence Central High School, or Holy Savior Menard Central High School who meet the evaluation criteria.
Can individuals who have been previously nominated but not inducted be nominated again?
Yes, nominees who are not selected for the Distinguished Alumni of the Year will be considered for future years.
